Ambient Cat 개인정보 처리방침

Ambient Cat(이하 "앱")은 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 앱에는 회원가입, 광고, 분석 도구, 추적 기능이 없습니다.
1. 수집하지 않는 정보
- 이름, 이메일, 전화번호 등 연락처 정보를 요청하거나 수집하지 않습니다.
- 기기 위치 권한을 요청하지 않습니다. 날씨는 사용자가 앱에서 고른 도시를 기준으로 가져옵니다.
- 광고 식별자를 사용하지 않으며, 다른 앱이나 웹사이트에서의 활동을 추적하지 않습니다.
- 사용 기록이나 분석 데이터를 개발자에게 보내지 않습니다.
2. 기기 안에만 저장되는 정보
고양이 가족(이름, 함께한 날, 유전 정보), 설정, 기록은 사용자의 기기에 저장됩니다. 재설치 시 복원을 돕기 위해 같은 내용의 사본이 기기의 키체인에 저장될 수 있습니다. 개발자는 이 정보에 접근할 수 없습니다.
3. iCloud 동기화
사용자가 iCloud에 로그인되어 있으면, 고양이 가족 정보가 사용자 본인의 iCloud 비공개 데이터베이스(Apple CloudKit)에 저장되어 사용자의 기기들 사이에 동기화됩니다. 이 데이터는 사용자의 Apple 계정에 속하며 개발자는 열람할 수 없습니다. iCloud에 저장된 데이터는 iOS 설정 › [사용자 이름] › iCloud › 저장 공간 관리에서 확인하고 삭제할 수 있습니다.
4. 날씨 정보 (Apple WeatherKit)
창밖 풍경의 날씨를 표현하기 위해, 사용자가 고른 도시의 좌표로 Apple WeatherKit에 날씨를 요청합니다. 요청은 하루 한 번 정도이며 개인을 식별하는 정보는 포함되지 않습니다. Apple의 처리 방식은 Apple 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다.
5. 앱 내 구매
가족 칸 구매는 Apple App Store를 통해 처리됩니다. 결제 정보는 Apple이 처리하며 개발자에게 전달되지 않습니다. 앱은 구매 여부만 Apple로부터 확인합니다.
6. 아동
앱은 어떤 사용자로부터도 개인정보를 수집하지 않으며, 만 14세 미만 아동의 정보도 수집하지 않습니다.
7. 변경
이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 게시합니다.

Ambient Cat Privacy Policy

Ambient Cat (the "App") does not collect personal data. The App has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking.
1. What we do not collect
- We do not ask for or collect contact information such as your name, email or phone number.
- We do not request access to your device's location. Weather is fetched for the city you choose in the App.
- We do not use advertising identifiers or track you across other apps or websites.
- We do not send usage or analytics data to the developer.
2. Data stored on your device
Your cat family (names, days together, genetic data), settings and records are stored on your device. A copy may also be kept in your device's keychain to help restore it after a reinstall. The developer cannot access this data.
3. iCloud sync
If you are signed in to iCloud, your cat family is stored in your own private iCloud database (Apple CloudKit) and synced between your devices. This data belongs to your Apple Account and cannot be viewed by the developer. You can review and delete it in iOS Settings › [your name] › iCloud › Manage Storage.
4. Weather (Apple WeatherKit)
To show the weather outside the window, the App requests weather from Apple WeatherKit using the coordinates of the city you chose, about once a day. Requests contain no information that identifies you. Apple's handling is governed by the Apple Privacy Policy.
5. In-app purchases
Family slot purchases are processed by the Apple App Store. Payment details are handled by Apple and are not shared with the developer. The App only checks with Apple whether a purchase was made.
6. Children
The App collects no personal data from anyone, including children.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with its effective date.
